The Mishawaka Iron Bulls are seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to assist with the day-to-day logistics and execution of team operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sports management, event operations, and team logistics at a competitive football level.

You’ll be part of the backbone of the organization — helping ensure everything runs smoothly on game days and behind the scenes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with game day operations including setup, breakdown, and coordination at Steele Stadium
• Support team logistics, including equipment coordination and sideline organization
• Help manage player check-ins, credentials, and staff coordination
• Assist with crowd flow, fan experience, and stadium operations
• Coordinate with security, volunteers, and stadium staff
• Support execution of promotions, halftime activities, and fan engagement
• Assist in maintaining a professional and organized team environment
• Help with community events, camps, and team appearances

• Strong interest in sports operations, event management, or football
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable and available for home games and team events

The Mishawaka Iron Bulls are looking for driven and outgoing individuals to join our team as Account Executive Interns, focusing on sponsorship sales, partnerships, and revenue generation.

This is a high-impact role directly tied to the growth of the organization — perfect for someone interested in sports business, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

💰 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect local and regional businesses for sponsorship opportunities
• Assist in selling team sponsorship packages, advertising, and partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Help execute outreach campaigns (email, phone, in-person meetings)
• Assist in developing custom sponsorship proposals and packages
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress
• Support game day sponsor activations and brand visibility
• Represent the Iron Bulls in a professional and high-energy manner
