The Mishawaka Iron bulls offer hands-on internship opportunities for college students looking to start a career in professional sports. From media and communications to gameday operations and ticket sales, interns gain real-world experience working alongside the team’s front office staff at Steele Stadium. These positions provide valuable exposure to the daily operations of a professional football team while building skills in teamwork, leadership, and fan engagement. Interns will the opportunity to go on and work or interview with major leagues and organizations including the NFL, CFL, UFL, NHL, NBA G League, PLL, US Open, NLL, TBL, Minor League Baseball, Savannah Bananas, and more.

The Mishawaka Iron Bulls are offering an Athletic Training Internship for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional football environment. Interns will work alongside the team’s certified athletic trainers and coaching staff, supporting player health, safety, and performance throughout the 2027 season.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Head Athletic Trainer for schedule, availability, and duties
Preparing for practices and games (ice, water, towels, supplies)
Keeping water bottles filled and ready for players and coaches
Assisting with field setup and serving as an extra set of eyes and ears during practices and games
Maintaining a clean and organized training area
Assisting, under supervision, with basic taping, first aid, and rehab
Ideal candidates are current college students or recent graduates studying Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.
What You’ll Gain:
